1. Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, and we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on top of this. This applies to all products, including those bought at a discounted or sale price. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay. Notify us at info@luvivostore.com to exercise this right.

2. Condition of the Goods

You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop. You do not need to keep it unused or sealed to obtain a refund. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Where possible, return the product with its original packaging and include your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

By law, certain products cannot be returned once unsealed, including perishable goods; sealed intimate or sanitary items unsealed after delivery; hazardous materials; and made-to-order goods. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

4. Returning the Product

Contact us at info@luvivostore.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or sent in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer, within the timeframe set by law.
